LEGO Black Friday and Christmas GWPs confirmed.
A number of previously rumored LEGO Black Friday and Christmas GWPs have now been confirmed by the official Malaysian online store.
This year’s Black Friday event is almost upon us and rumors have been swirling recently regarding exactly what goodies the LEGO Group might be offering up in 2024. Following last week’s reveal of 40729 Shackleton’s Lifeboat as a GWP with purchases of 10335 The Endurance from November 29 to December 2, now comes confirmation of more promotional sets for the rest of the year.
The official Malaysian online store has listed details of three previously rumored Black Friday and Christmas GWPs, as well as a fourth upcoming model. The information can be found on a terms and conditions page for the promotions, although it doesn’t appear to be live in other regions at the time of this writing, nor are any images currently available.
What has been revealed is that 40699 Retro Record Player will be available in LEGO Certified Stores in Malaysia from November 29 to December 5 with spends of at least RM1250 (roughly £220), alongside 40700 Winter Holiday Train with purchases of RM850 (around £150).
In addition, customers in that region will be able to pick up 40701 Ballerina & Nutcracker Scene for RM750 (close to £130) from December 6 to December 31 and 40702 Christmas Picture Frame from December 13 to December 31 for RM350 (approximately £60).
Two other promotions are also listed for the region, with LEGO Pencil Case currently available with purchases of at least RM350 from November 1 to December 12 and 30670 Santa’s Sleigh Ride returns as a GWP from November 1 to December 31 with spends of RM179 (roughly £30)
